TURNING 30/ APRIL 2012/ CALIFORNIA

I have been meaning to put these photos up since April, now that its almost been a year, I have finally gotten around to this business.
Thank you deda, Zina, Peter and Oksana! We managed quite a bit over the three weeks. I had a fabulous turning 30 Birthday celebration. With cakes and a sea of flowers to greet me in the morning. We played football in Will Rogers Park, hung out on the trails of Topanga mountains and then ate some excellent seafood at Gladstones.
We played in some sand in Beverly Hills, watched the paparazzi on the hunt, met an Englishman who called his son Kingston. Walked the trails of Tree People with grandma Zina. Visited the gorgeous Huntington Library and Gardens, one of my most favourite places of all time. Kolya drew a picture of him and his brother sporting Man United gear in the midst of the Australian territory, facing the Eucaliptus tree. Hung out some more with the horses at Will Rogers and watched a rattlesnake on her morning stroll across the trail. We gazed at the flamingos and elephants at the LA Zoo, and swam in the pools of Ohai Valley Spa. We met my sister Katya and her fiancee Matt and visited the botanical gardens in Santa Barbara. Watched a storm form in the clouds and got ready to fight a mountain lion at lake Casitas. It was such a glorious time to spend as our little family unit surrounded by all the love of our family. We are very lucky!
